Position Name: Scheduling Analyst-V

Job Description:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or a closely related specialty.

Two (2) years experience planning and scheduling experience in either petrochemical, construction, heavy or high technology industries required.

Must be confident, responsible individual able to perform with a minimum of supervision.

Possession of a Saudi Arabian driving license would be a plus.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Provides staff assistance to Engineering and Construction supervisors in one or more areas of planning and scheduling activities.

Analyses portions of Saudi Aramco major capital projects to plan the most effective execution sequence in light of experience and current industry practices.

Discuss, co-ordinate and resolve short term planning and scheduling problems with personnel throughout Saudi Aramco and with contractor organisations.

Analyses in detail performance relative to planning, reporting methods and forecasting of Saudi Aramco contractors.

Evaluates the planning and scheduling information collected from construction contractors and advises supervisors of exception to plan and potential corrective action and / or impact to the project.

Evaluates weightings of construction activities, monitors construction progress by physical on-site measurements, and verifies contractors invoices for accuracy of quantity of work billed.
