Position Name: Scheduling Analyst-IV
Job Description:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or closely related specialty with three (3) years responsible planning and scheduling experience.
Have exposure to Project Management practices, computer capabilities; current planning and scheduling techniques and Saudi Aramco standards, methods and procedures. Must be a confident, responsible individual able to perform with a minimum of supervision.
Must have a Saudi Arabian Drivers license.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Provides staff guidance to Engineering and Construction supervisors in one or more areas of planning and scheduling expertise by analyzing and evaluating all pertinent data.
Analyzes portions of Saudi Aramco major capital projects to plan the most effective execution sequence in light of experience and current industry practices.
Discuss, coordinates and resolves long term and short term planning and scheduling projects with personnel throughout Saudi Aramco and with contractor organizations.
Assists in the technical evaluation of contractors relative to their expertise in planning and scheduling and analyzes in detail performance relative to planning, reporting methods and forecasting of Saudi Aramco contractors.
Evaluates the planning and scheduling information collected from Project Management Teams or contractors and advises supervision of exceptions to plan and potential corrective action and/or impact to the project.
Provides staff assistance in the preparation and maintenance of the Master Scheduling System in support of Saudi Aramco’s capital program planning effort and/or other planning and scheduling reports, procedures and services.
Evaluates weightings of construction activities, monitors construction progress by physical on-site measurements, and verifies contractors invoices for accuracy of quantity of Work billed.
