Position Name: Scheduling Analyst-II
Job Description:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering field or business or must have 10 years experience with HNC or equivalent plus advanced training in computer and scheduling techniques and practices.
At least seven years responsible supervisory experience in cost control and / or scheduling, including implementation and management of FAST and FACT programs, including 3 years engineering and construction experience in the field on petrochemical or related work.
Must have a Saudi Arabian Drivers License.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Supervises activities of all field scheduling personnel assigned to a major project, or a portion of a major complex project involving several Work Sites. May, on certain projects, supervise cost control, estimating and quantity surveying activities as well.
Responsible for all scheduling activities on the project including establishment and maintenance of data for computer scheduling programs such as FAST, PERT-COST, etc. Participation in initial planning for the project during design and procurement stage, in developing overall networks, critical path, etc., of complex interfaces. Works closely with Saudi Aramco project management personnel. Ensures compatibility of schedules with budgetary cost requirements and recommends changes.
